Landformations: Flat Map

After learning about landformations such as rivers, oceans, moutains, hills, islands, and lakes each student created a flat map with each of the landforms represented.

Landformations: Relief Maps

After drawing our flat maps we started our relief maps using salt dough. This was a tough step but each student stuck with it and created their map using their flat map as a guide.

Landformations: Finished Projects

These are great examples of our finished project. Each student did an outstanding job!

Snowmen Writing

Here are several pieces of writing about our snowmen. Each student had to name their snowman and create a story about their snowman having a problem and then solving it!

Let it Snow!

Check out some of our "cool" snowmen. We really enjoyed making these- thanks Mrs. Gooding for helping out and getting all our snowmen finished.
